I am on my second round of cdiff, this time on Vanco. Through all this, I only had D during the first half of the day. Yesterday, I started taking Bio-K+ and a little sip of Bubbies sauerkraut juice. That went ok. This morning, I tried some of the kraut, about 1/2 cup and had D, same as every morning. This evening, when I tried to have some soup, I had D again, which is not the same. Is it possible I am overdoing the probiotics? I am taking 1/2 of the 3.5 oz bottle of Bio-K+ twice a day and Pearls Intensive Care (which is lactobaacillus and bifidobacterium). I was hoping to go out and get some Florestor today, but was housebound.
Look for one joyful thing in each day. It might be a spiderweb, a bird or a child's laugh. Look for it, it's there.
