Baked potato. Make two of them, add a little butter, all the salt you want, a little pepper.

I would definitely stay away from the leafy greens. I have not had a FMT but 4 1/2 yrs later I can still only tolerate them in limited amounts.
I too have had times in the past, prior to c diff, where I have had to use 1 Imodium at night for IBS for control for limited periods.
For PI IBS I used questran for a while then Enteragam, just as Georgina suggested. It took me more and longer than expected for the Enteragam to work, but once it did, it was great.
Try soups...with well cooked vegetables and maybe chicken. You need some protein and a bit of healthy fats. Progresso or Campbell's Homestyle or Healthy Choice has some nice ones if you want the easy way out. You have to increase your diet gradually.
