Got C-Dif while in hospital during gastric bypass. 2 weeks after surgery, went to my local ER for fluids. 2 weeks after that, called doctor with dehydration, etc. and was ordered to send in stool sample. Came back positive for C-Dif. Took a round of antibiotics. Did not work; took second round of antibiotics, finished them last week. Today (4/30/12) it came back with a vengeance. Round 3 of antibiotics being taken every 6 hours right now. How does someone get rid of C-dif....UGH!

FYI all: I am not asking a question on how to get rid of it ..........I am just making a statement.
