Does anyone know if 3 days on IV antibiotics is long enough to destroy the good bacteria in our gut and allow CDiff to flare up? Or does it take a full 10-day course or longer for the damage to be done?

It can happen at any time. Some poeple on the site got it after just one dose, but I dont know if IV affects your GI system as much?
