I know that many people suffer from IBS after C-Diff, but can C-Diff also cause IBD?

That is a medical question. Ask your doc. My personal (non-medical opinion) is "Rarely," however.
I can only remember two or three posters who developed IBD after C. diff. Don't know if there was a connection or not.
