Doxycycline
Hi all, I will be starting doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 14 days. I'm so scared and nervous as I had c.diff in 2018 from amoxicillin. Can anyone please share their experience with doxycycline and your thoughts. Thank you

Re: Doxycycline
I took it after c diff and did not relapse and my mother was on it for a month and she did not relapse either. My mom was 86 at the time too.

Re: Doxycycline
You have been asking about Doxy since January.
It's a low offender but can't be very important if you held off taking it for 4 months!
Antibiotics are lifesavers if you need them but come with potential side effects.

Re: Doxycycline
Hi Roy, my apologies as I have anxiety and PTSD from having c.diff before. I just thought to ask since this is a support group. I don't mean to offend anybody.
