Diverticulitis and cdiff

Hi long time hear on this side.
I have in the past 2 fecal transplant to be able to be cdiff negative, after that hpylory treated and cdiff negative, now last 2weeks I was diagnosed with sigmoid diverticulitis, flagil and ciprofloxacin was medication, the Dr prescribed Deficid with it but the pharmacy was not able to bring it in time. So after 3 days of first 2 antibiotic I started deficid to prevent cdiff.
Tis week I finished metronidazole and cipro and I continued to take deficid, but my diarrhea is not improving is even worst. I do not know what to do, I call mi Dr and still waiting to call back.
Any adv?
