Hi Jodiekee,
I don't think that the purpose of this support group is to share horror stories. We all know that cdiff can be deadly. Please do not increase our fears and don't make us panic!!!
@administrators of the support group, pls help us to avoid such posts in the future, I feel so stressed, I think this group is created to support us, not to scare us!!!

Steffi
I checked the link and it's a VERY accurate description of C.Diff.
Its not a horror story.
I continue to help on this site in memory of my own mother who died of C.Diff in 2007.
Knowlage is power.
I am sorry but if you feel the need to leave because someone posts such helpfull info there's nothing we can do about it.

Jodi
It's very rare for family members to infect each other.
You should note that the person saying it spread to her admitted she was on antibiotics.
When we were caring for my mother we were knee deep in soiled material, my sister was on antibiotics, my daughter was heavily pregnant and none of us caught it.

Hi Roy,

I am sorry about your mother. I did not know...

I want to ask you, please, how I can delete my account in this support group? When I click on Edit profile it says that I am not allowed to do anything and should contact an administrator.

Thanks in advance!

Simply just don't log on or make any posts.
At your request I can suspend your membership so you can not log onto the site anymore.
Removing your posts impacts the other members that took time to support you.

Stephi. Why you tripping? It's a video that's already been posted on here. Omg.
I guess the mother and grandmother were already in bad health? I'm not sure. That's why I wanted to talk about it.
If you read this site, you will see over and over that if you were going to die, you already would have.
It's a dr Phil show. You dont like dr Phil? I kinda do.
