A helpful probiotic

Postby NS789 » Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:38 pm

Hi everyone,

For those of you on a quest for a good probiotic, I wanted to recommend one that I have found. It's called The Cultured Coconut (Google the name for the website) and it's a dairy-free coconut kefir. One tablespoon contains 4 trillion bacteria and 30 different strains.

I've been using it for the past couple of months and have found it to be quite helpful and gentle on my system. My mother has been taking it too and has seen an improvement in her psoriasis. However, my cousin tried it and had too much bloating to continue.

So, as always, what works for one person may not work for another. But it's worth a try if you're looking for a high-dose and diverse probiotic.

It's a Canadian company but I believe they might be slowly moving into the U.S. I think they ship as well. Anyway, just FYI!

Wishing you all good health!
