I tried reintroducing it, but I was not able to tolerate it without getting D. I may try just one spoon and see how it goes. I haven't tried in years actually.

Welcome to the site. See the first forum for the history and rules of the site. The inability to digest lactase should lessen in time. There are different OTC meds such as LactAid that sometimes help but run these by your doc,
