Tenesmus treatment?

Tenesmus treatment?

Having so much tenesmus all afternoon , since I finsihed my regular dose Dificid and now on the taper.

Is there anything to take to treat or reduce tenesmus?
Male 54, contracted C-Diff on Feb 5, 2020, diagnosed on March 2nd, Took Flagyl for 8 days, Vanco for 10 days, relapsed 5 weeks post-Vanco. finished Dificid Taper on June 20 relapsed two weeks later, had the FMT on July 14th, 2020

You could try Cicatridine hyaluronic acid suppositories or a combination of a rectal cream with lidocaine along with a hyaluronic acid cream . It reduces inflamation down there.

Time my friend. I had it bad which freaked me out. Nothing worked outside of letting everything heal up.
