Dificid Taper dosage ?

Dificid Taper dosage ?

What is the best osage of the Difcid taper? Is 40 pils, 200 mg each

2/day for 10 days=20 pills
1/day for 7 days =7
1 every other day for 26 days =13 pill
Male 54, contracted C-Diff on Feb 5, 2020, diagnosed on March 2nd, Took Flagyl for 8 days, Vanco for 10 days, relapsed 5 weeks post-Vanco. finished Dificid Taper on June 20 relapsed two weeks later, had the FMT on July 14th, 2020

It took the experts many years to work out the correct dose and method for combating c.diff with Dificid.
The experts decided the correct dosage is 2 pills a day for 10 days.
I would trust the experts expensive studies and not what a few Facebook type friends say is best.
The recomended and accepted treatment is a 10 day course.
If that fails then other options such as taper can be considered but using it as intended is probably the best advice.
