It has more germs than a toilet seat... and it's in your hand most of the day!

Flu season coming up! Consider getting a flu shot. Above all, WASH YOUR HABDS. Soap and water are best but the alcohol cleansers work if applied vigorously and plentifully.

The U of AZ conducted tests that proved cell phones have thousand of germs on them. Check with your cell phone manufacturer for ways to clean it. Usually an alcohol wipe works.
