Smell like what I ate

I’m still on dificid. I was doing the taper and it wasn’t working so I’m back up to two pills a day. For the last few days everything I eat my poop smells like it. For instance I ate a peach. It smelled just like a peach. Then later had ham smelled just like ham. What is the reason. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!
