Safe to get Vaccines?

Postby LHutz » Wed May 01, 2019 12:27 am

I was diagnosed with C. Diff in December, 2018. I finshed Vanco in December, 2018 and I've been free of c. diff for the last 4 months.

My 2 year old son is scheduled for his check up later this week and is supposed to receive some vaccinations. I'm not sure which vaccines he's scheduled to receive. I'll call tomorrow and find out. Is there any issue with vaccinations leading c. diff?

No, there isn't.
If your illness was preceded by use of a medication, e.g., an antibiotic, please fill out an FDA Adverse Event Report at http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/default.htm
