Prune juice

Postby TedGil » Wed Mar 06, 2019 12:31 pm

I took about 4oz of Prune Juice and had some D. Now I have nausea. I don't have anymore D or lots of gas just the nausea.

Has anyone else experience this and if so how long does it last??

Prune juice is a natural laxative, of sorts, so not surprised you are experiencing some D after drinking it. Would mark it as a food item you can't tolerate for now.

I would just eat bland food for a day. It should be out of your system by then.
