Hi - is it okay to drink prune juice.
Trying to add fruits and veggies to my diet - mostly by drinking them right now. I don't think my system can take them in the raw right now.
A little concerned prune juice may be too much.
Any experience with this?

Before c diff, I used to be C and I drank prune juice as a laxative. I would try apple, pear, guava, orange, mango, pretty much any other juice.

Prune juice has laxative effect , it's okay to drink only when you are constipated.

I figured it may cause D. Was thinking the vitamins and nutrients may be worth it.
My diet has been lacking and the supplements I'm taking make me nauseous. Not sure my body is even absorbing them since its been compromised.
I'll stay away from the prune juice.
I've been taking Boost Plus, chocolate flavor.
Starting to wonder if I should switch flavors.
Any advice on these types of nutrient drinks?
