how do I "bleach" my phone?

Has anyone here tried the UV-C light to disinfect your phone?

I saw that someone posted about UVC light being considered as another technique for hospital terminal cleaning. And the C.Diff Foundation has a link to PhoneSoap on its site.

I would love to properly clean my phone, but I am stumped on how to do it safely.
