I have been testing positive on PCR since June 2016. I guess I am colonized. If you test negative on EIA or antigen, then that is not considered an active infection.

I am in the "same boat" as you , I am considered a carrier with very mild symptoms . My doctors said that my symptoms are more matched to the IBS and not CDiff and that the Cdiff test is nothing to worry. I've been testing positive trough EIA (toxin A) since sept 2016 and nothing bad happened during this time period, I mean I had no full blown symptoms.
