Rebyota

Postby Steffi » Fri Dec 30, 2022 10:46 am

Hello friends,

Probably you already know: the FDA approved Ferring Pharmaceuticals' Rebyota drug: a poop-based drug implant that can prevent the recurrence of Clostridioides difficile infection.

Do you have more information regarding this new drug, please?

Thanks in advance, wish you all the best for the New 2023!!!

From what I have read, this is given once a patient is treated.....

It is given rectally and I could not find the complete study. My question would be how would you know if a patient needs this??? It's only used after they have been treated.

I also could not find the cost
