Dificid.
I’m not sure if my case is a relapse or a new infection? I had cdiff in June 2018 and got rid of it with flagyl. No antibiotics since. I just tested positive for cdiff and E. coli and they put me on dificid. What is the success rate with dificid?? I’m 33 female. Sorry for posting so much I’m just so scared. Even though this time doesn’t seem as rough. Thank you!

Re: Dificid.
Dificid is probably the best choice because it targets only the c difficile and kills the least good bacteria. It doesn't help e-coli though as far as I know.

Re: Dificid.
It might be new infection . Dificid is the best choice for treating Cdiff. It made to target just clostridia species and it will spare your good flora .And unlike Vanco or Flagyl , it will stop the sporing process , it won't allow the bacteria to hide back into the spore form.
