This sounds promising. A patient of my doctor works for the company developing this.

This sounds similar to Questran, which is what eventually kicked my c.diff. Questran binds the toxins and it sounds like this drug does too. I'm not sure what the differentce is, but if it works as well as Questran did for me...that's great.

You may want to contact Massachusetts General in Boston. Either ID or GI, not sure which one. They ran the stage II trial. You can also try contacting Genzyme located in Waltham, MA. They make Tolevamer.
