Has anyone heard or tried this probiotic.It supposed to be the best out there.

That is a good question, Georgina. I have not heard of this one, but I just googled and it looks interesting.
I am more and more confused about probiotics. Apparently they all leave our bowels as they go through it, so very few actually stay in our gut and become part of our gut flora and increase the diversity. Which is a bummer! So, probiotics in, probiotics out..
However, there is a "brand" that claims to be different and have soil strains.
There is this article that talks about it..I am VERY intrigued and tempted to try it out to increase bacteria diversity in my gut, however, not many scientific research has been done to study the long term impact of this soil bacteria in our guts.

Some people do swear by it and have seen IBS symptoms improve a lot!
