donor bank or family member for FMT?

My GI suggested an FMT. Him and his partner have been doing them via colonoscopy for a while and are some of handful in state who do them. He suggested a family member as a donor but also mentioned a donor bank, Open Biome, as an option but that it costs more. My infectious disease doc also mentioned Open Biome. What are people's experiences with either of these options?
