I know alot of us have reoccurring issues after c diff with IBD and such. I have started the AIP diet( auto immune paleo ). It has helped so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would be happy to go over the basics with anyone interested!

I have noticed the AIP diet does help alot. It's hard to stay on forever though.

Do you have an auto immune disorder or is it just good for ibs too?
