Sharp stomach pain & frequent stools on vanco

I am on day 3 of 14 of vanco for my 1st relapse. Last time, it caused me no side effects. This time, I am noticing sharp lower abdominal pain on occasion and frequent loose stools, though not watery. Wonder if the vanco is tearing up my stomach or what?

Actually, I think some of it is trapped air. I feel somewhat better now.
