This helped me.
Melt a few tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave.
Let it cool to room temperature (but don't let it solidify).
Mix in probiotics. I used culturelle, saccharomyces boulardi, prescript assist and natures way primadophilus.
Fold a long crease in aluminum foil or wax paper. Tape up the ends of the crease so the coconut oil doesn't drip out.
Pour the coconut oil in. Put it in the freezer.
When it is solid take it out and trim it into 1 - 2 inch long pieces. Trim off sharp edges. If it seems too thick trim it down but make sure the probiotics are still in the piece (They will sink to the bottom and be visible in the coconut oil.
Using a medical glove or a piece if plastic wrap folded over four times, stick it up. It may help to bear down slightly as if your were taking a poop.
Is this safe? Dunno. Is it effective? Seemed to work for me.
If you try it, post back and report whether it seemed to work for you.

Re: Making your own probiotic suppositories
Glad this worked for you. We do not endorse these methods. We advise everyone to check with his/her doc before trying any unorthodox methods.
