Hi,
So, if I treat the thrush in my mouth with antifungal lozenges, does it mess up the treatment for the c.diff? -S

No. My mom treated the thrush with Diflucan one time - pills she took and Nystatin swish and swallow another time. In fact, I have read about studies done that said if you take vancomycin along with Diflucan or another antifungal, it is actually beneficial and people relapsed less frequently with c diff. My GI said antifungals could be taken along with meds for c diff with no problem.
