probiotic enemas

Has anyone every done a probiotic enema in order to re-establich good bacteria in the colon and if so, which probiotics and how much do you mix? I was reading about using the lactobacillus and bifidus strains on line, and the ID doctor had mentioned them. Was wondering if anyone had experience with it.
