It's all part of the illness...when you realize that you have a major infection in one of the bodies largest organ systems. It suddenly makes sense. The largest potion of your immune system is in the GI System, when it is comprimised then the body has to fight much harder to eliminate the disease, just like running a never ending marathon...hence the fatigue.

If the exhaustion becomes a constant problem have them check your B12 levels because diarrhea can deplete your B12 with a quickness because of malabsorption of your vitamins. I found when in periods of severe fatigue (which I still deal with occasionally) I eat bananas and drink ALOT and it seems to help. I also know from experience that each time your dosage is changed (either up or down) it can affect your sense of well being for an adjustment period of time.
