Welcome to the group that no one wants to join. It sounds like you have done a lot of reading already, but be sure to read All Users Read This First, for when you can post, and Dr. Borody's and Dr. McDonald's articles, in case you haven't checked those yet.

Roy has given you a lot of good advice. They tell me that everyone beats cdiff eventually. For some of us it takes longer. Pulsing is what finally worked for me, after 8 months of cdiff. See the FAQ section for more info. Good luck.
