vanco failing?

I am going through the same thing about vanco failing. I have been suffering since April. i had been on a tapering course for about 10 weeks. Started out with 3 250 mg per day for a month. Then went down every 3 weeks to 1 every other day. I had many days where i was tired and noticed increased symtoms when i went from 3 to 2. However, did not notice any change when I went from 2 to 1 and from 1 to every other day. So I was on every other day for 6 days then all of the sudden i relapsed (Sunday). Had 8 movements the next day (monday). I waited a couple of days but it was surely a relapse. So wednesday I increased my dose to 3 (250) per day but still havent noticed any change. Still watery, and I am wondering If it is failing. I am not sure what to do. Hopefully my GI will not kick me out.
