Holistic medicine

has anybody ever tried holistic medicine?! I was just trying to get prepared just in case I had problems with my sinus infection. But I use that nasal spray and it has worked wonders! I am literally shocked how much it is helped!!!!But I’m just curious if it still has antibiotic properties? Homeopathic Medicine safer to use? It’s a little unclear to me

I have not used holitic medicine much, but other posters have mentioned it and found that it helped for certain things. I don't think I would use it for an infection like c difficile, but I think I would for other conditions. My GI suggested taking curcumin for IBS and my rheumatologist mentioned turmeric for joint issues, so mainstream non-holistic doctors also use some of it I guess.

Hi Beth! Thank you! This nasal spray has been amazing- I literally think it cured my horrible sinus infection!!! But it still making me nervous if it had antibacterial affects! But I had such a bad sinus infection and after only one day, it has cleared it from dark green to yellow! And my passages are clear!!! I’m hoping it will continue to improve !! I also purchased some ear drops! Let’s see how those workout!
