Hi poppy- thank you so much for the advice. That is EXACTLY how I feel. I’m trying really hard to eat different foods. My mom is helping me ( I feel like a child again! ) but I did notice that I’m feeling better. I’m about 3 weeks out from taking dificid. I’m learning that if I get D that doesn’t mean that I’m relapsing. I need to learn to stay calm. I start my anxiety meds this week which I hope will help! Thanks again for the help- I really, really appreciate it !!!
