I just finished my Difcid taper two days ago on Saturday.... I stopped my ADD med when I contacted C-Diff and starting them again today.

I am supposed to take Adderall and Vyvanse for ADD, obviously not both on the same day. That said, as far as relapse is safe to take them?.. Should have asked before taking 10 mg today

That is a question for your doctor or even a pharmacist if you can't reach the doctor.

Yes, that would have been nice, I wish doctors and pharmacist knew some about C-Diff, I don’t trust them when it comes to C Diff

only drugs I’ve read some studies of that may negatively affect the gut microbiome enough to increase risk of CDI are drugs that bump seratonin levels
apparently seratonin plays a role in regulating our GI function

I don’t think Vyvanse or Adderall affect serotonin

I think both of those drugs elevate dopamine
and norepinephrine

I know this is a few weeks old, but I was told by my therapist to NOT take Adderall as long as I was having active bleeding.

Thanks, Sammi , I didn't take it any longer, I decided to wait until I get rid of C Diff, I hope it will happen one day.
