I was having many GI issues, such as tenesmus, gurgling /growling sounds, abdominal discomfort and pain, I think these are PI-IBS symptoms? I started taking a 15+ UMF Manuka Honey since yesterday ( 3 tablespoons per day) and I felt so much better starting yesterday afternoon and all day today.
Having said that, around the same time I started eating boiled Quinoa, Quinoa is rich in fiber. So I am not sure, if it is the Manuka Honey or the Fiber in Quinoa but my PI-IBS symptoms have subsided since.

Male 54, contracted C-Diff on Feb 5, 2020, diagnosed on March 2nd, Took Flagyl for 8 days, Vanco for 10 days, relapsed 5 weeks post-Vanco. finished Dificid Taper on June 20 relapsed two weeks later, had the FMT on July 14th, 2020
