Really scared, first relapse..

The longer I stayed on vanco, the looser my stools used to get. It happens sometimes, but it can also be something you ate. I could no longer eat dairy, for example.

Stools normalised... must have been something I ate.. last day of Vanco! Feeling very nervous! Wish me luck!!

Male 54, contracted C-Diff on Feb 5, 2020, diagnosed on March 2nd, Took Flagyl for 8 days, Vanco for 10 days, relapsed 5 weeks post-Vanco. finished Dificid Taper on June 20 relapsed two weeks later, had the FMT on July 14th, 2020

Had been doing really well.. now 5 days out of vanco had a really loose yellowy stool with a bit of M... is this typical recovery or a sign things are going downhill? No stomach cramps....

It is part of recovery, most likely it is PI-IBS. I am 33 days post Vanco, I still have loose/mushy BM, and some general abdominal discomfort and cramping. But no M. Fro me the M stoped on my 8th day on Vanco. That said, I had a little M on the 4 or 5 day post Vanco but nothing visible since
