Vanco taper

I’d love to hear some vanco taper success stories.. I’ve heard from a few on Facebook sites that have said they’re like me.. I’m down to one a day n have D again. Others have said they then relapsed when on that dose and had to start all over.. I have this week to finish one a day n then the next day every other day..I just would like to hear that it worked for them.. as I am terrified bc I can’t go through this again
