Florastor max dosage

Curious what others have taken? Most posts I see say only one pill a day , I’m taking 4-6 a day (1-1.5g)

Debating dropping to 1-2 to see if it helps loose stools.. maybe it’s “too much of a good thing”

That's a high dose you're taking, I think a more typical dose would be a couple of capsules/tabs per day.

Okay I’ll try one or two. Back of the box said you could do 2 pills 2x a day and considering my flora is probably jacked I leaned on the heavy side.

Probiotics are a "probably won't hurt, might help" subject. My GI recommends VSL3.

My GI recommends Florastor until I was stable. I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening

2 pills per day is more then enough.
