Vanco Advice needed Please

Are there any food that one shouldn’t take with Vanco?

Also please give me some tip, tricks, probiotics, etc. that will perhaps help me on this journey.

There is no food that you are not supposed to eat with vanco, but what each individual tolerates varies. Some can't tolerate dairy products, others have problems with fiber. You have to see what agrees or doesn't agree.

I take VSL#3 for a probiotic, but others have used Florastor, which is a yeast, and will not be killed off by the vanco. If you take a probiotic other than the Florastor, be sure to space in between vanco doses. I prefer the multi-strain probiotics, but there are some like Align and culturelle that are not multi-strain. I had to try several before I found one that agreed with me.
