Re: NEW! PLEASE HELP!
BMs are still a bit weird. Morning after I eat I can go, but that’s it for the day. Digesting food is still an issue. No nausea, let alone vomiting. But upset stomach a few hours after I eat, and then that lasts for a few hours. Was so so stupid and had pizza for the first time in well over a month last night. Urines also a bit murky. Anyone relate?

Btw, you have been cautioned about sticking to a bland diet. Most have to adhere to that or pay a price. You are fortunate not to have worse symptoms after pizza. I would not have risked it so soon. Take that as a warning.

I know. But what’s the average timeline to try stuff like that again? My appetite is/was back, it felt all systems go. I didn’t puke or feel nauseous. Just upset stomach.

This thread has gone over the 2 page max so I am locking it now, you can start a new thread if you have more questions.
Some can resume normal food within a few weeks, others might never tolerate junk food again.
It's trial and error.
If pizza upsets you leave it off for a month or two then try just a single mouth full.
