Dificid Taper Document

I believe I saw somewhere on the board a professional paper, report on the Dificid taper. I'm not finding it. Does anyone know where I can find it?

I found a research paper in 2014 when I was in the middle of this battle and I could not find a GI or ID to do a FMT. At that time, the FDA nearly halted them.
I have looked for it several times and cannot find it. I followed a long 3 month taper but since then several posters have done a 30 day taper with great success.
I thought it was posted under CDI
