Enteragam question

Hi, did such on web topic Enteragam but still confused
MY question is if you are taking Enteragam and you are colonized cdiff or you have cdiff it will not stop Diharea correct?

My understanding is that it is used for IBS-D and it also helps to carry out c difficile toxins, so yes, it may help D.
