Now I'm really scared

Yesterday I only had two bowel movements, until last night, I ate something and within like 10 minutes I had to go. It was bight yellow. This morning I was only able to go a very little and it was still bright yellow. I know yellow means it's maybe traveling fast through your system. Should I be worried? Yesterday was 3 weeks off vanco.

Well, here's the thing - you ask should you be worried. What does worrying accomplish? Will it change whether or not you're relapsing?
Relapses definitely declare themselves at some point. So you will know sooner than later if you are relapsing. In the meantime, all you can do is take care of yourself, hydrate, eat bland but nutritionally as good as you can, and wash your hands a lot so you don't catch other bugs.
You certainly aren't having frequent watery diarrhea, which is the usual hallmark of active c diff illness. (Although some people do not get this).

Try not to stress. If you end up having a relapse, you will get treatment for it, and you will beat it. It's best to have a plan, though, in case it is a relapse. Especially since it is the weekend. Meaning, do you know who to call or where to go if you need to be evaluated and treated?

Good luck and we all hope you feel better soon.

Try not to worry. I am 2 months off vanco and BMs can still be all over the place. I think I have had every single color come out of me since stopping vanco. I even still have a lot of M and at times B. It is really dependent on what we eat. A lot of people get PI-IBS after C Diff and it is disturbing. I actually went to see my Doctor the other day for a sore throat and he asked how recovery was going and I told him everything was all over the place. He said as long as things are still formed even with a lot of M not to worry. He even mentioned that if I am having formed BMs, places won't test them.

I made it to a month and 13 days then tested positive. I got my results 12/23. I went on 15 days of vancomycin and just finished this past Sunday morning.

That is a long time for a relapse, nearly 6 weeks. Did they put you on a Vanco taper? I don't recall what you were on before.
Hopefully this will take care of it

Wishing you the best

They think I picked it up again, not a relapse. I was in Flagyl for 9 days, and vanco for 10. This time it was vanco for 14 days. If I get it again, than will be the taper and if that doesn't work than I'll get a fmt

I would push for Dificid if it were to return. Not sure why they didnt do a taper now and put it off.

Hopefully all will go well now and you won't need to worry about it
