DIFICID® (fidaxomicin) Tablets targets the C. diff. bacteria without killing as many of the "good" bacteria as Vanco. or Flagyl. Some of our posters have been "cured" by it, some with side effects (usually IBS, colitis, nausea). It can be extremely
expensive.
A new Pharmacy Network for DIFICID has been established through which product access support is available
for patients prescribed DIFICID® (fidaxomicin) tablets.
Information on the new Pharmacy Network and other patient support features can be found on http://www.dificid.com. The hyperlink contains a coupon, it you must be eligible to,use it.
Therefore, effective February 1, 2016, AccessDIFICID™ will no longer be providing services for patients prescribed DIFICID.
