Anyone having trouble getting a FMT doing this pandemic?
I was scheduled for this thursday, but the GI lab called and said they aren't able to get a hold of the materials for transplantation due to a backlog. Anyone else with this experience?

Covid 19 might be/probably is in faecal matter.
FMT might not be available for a while.

My GI dr told me, at Scripp they do FMT for urgent inpatient patients only. Until Openbiom figures out a way to test donor stool for COVID 19

There is a test the checks for COVID in the stool, but it is only available to hospitals and medical facilities. Probably Openbiome is using that. Hopefully, so.

I suspect theres too many unknowns about covid for Openbiome to operate at this time.
