c-diff free at last

I'm 21 yr old female who caught c-diff in may after havin an operation in hospital for kidney stones.I became very very ill with temp, rapid heart beat and the worst stomach cramps ever followed by d. I was put on vanco for a week 4 x a day which seemed to work wonders while i was on it but soon as i stop taking it the dreaded symtoms were back i ended up relasping 4 times and was then put on a pulsed dose of vanco which lasted 8 weeks and that done the trick.i have been c-diff free now for 4 months but still my bowels do not feel 100% as i now have ibs.

I HOPE THAT ALL YOU SUFFERERS OUT THEIR KEEP STRONG AND FIGHT THIS NASTY INFECTION.
IT DOES GO AWAY NO MATTER HO MUCH U THINK THAT IT WONT.

Many (about l out 5) get IBS after a bout with C. diff. Sometimes it improves with time. Hope yours does.
