3 months c-diff free!!

Postby marissap » Sun Feb 16, 2014 2:02 am

In October of 2013 I was stuck in the hospital isolated with c-diff. Literally thinking that my life wouldn't return back to norma, I was stressed about missing midterms and upwards of a month of university. Somehow, I managed to pass the entire semester and am going on 3 months free of c-diff! Couldn't be happier to be in the 80%, and pray for those who were unfortunate enough to be in the 20%.

That is awesome news. Thank you for coming back and sharing your success with us. And congratulations on passing all your classes.

Would you mind posting what treatment you had for c-diff?

Sorry for the late reply, trying to forget about the whole c-diff thing haha. I was on two rounds of flagyl, which is odd considering that it didn't work the first time and they tried it again, but hey I can't complain since its gone! Good luck to you all :)

Don't blame you. Think we'd all like to forget about C. diff. Thx. again for posting. Remember, if antibiotics contributed to your C. diff. try not to take again unless absolutely necessary.
