My condolences also and I too , firmly believe CDiff causes a domino effect of sickness in some. I got it 3 yrs ago and my health is not the same. I'm so sorry your Mom got this and it caused her to decline but you can take peace in knowing you did all you could for your Mother. Thanks for letting us know.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know what you are going through as I also lost my mother on March 30th this year. We had the beautiful poem that Bobbie referred to read at my mom's memorial and it offered me and my sister a lot of comfort. It was written by Mary Elizabeth Frye in 1932. Here is the full text:

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

Hang in there. It's not easy, but it gets better day by day. Bea

Such a beautiful poem. When your loved ones are gone, they are everywhere - in the wind, the sunlight, etc. It helped me a lot. Thx. for the entire poem, Bea. I was leaving and didn't have time to look it up but remembered the jest of it.
