What is normal??

Since c-diff is a disease of the "lower half", so to speak, we find that many of our members cannot refrain from discussing what comes out the bottom end. If you must do it, please do it here.

What is normal??

Postby rkbump5 » Fri Mar 07, 2008 10:43 am

I am a "recovered c diff" sufferor myself, but I just cannot remember parts of what happened. My son now has c diff. He has been having 2 bm a day since the flagyl started. Sometimes things are formed and sometimes like this morning, very loose. It feels like things are not working. He's been on round 2 of Flagyl for 3 days now (today starts day 4). I just thought things would be clearing up by now. Could someone please inform me!!
Thank you!
Karen

While on flagyl or vanco it is still possible to have loose bm's caused by things you eat. Also the drugs themselves can upset your system as well. Just monitor the situation and if things continue to get worse contact your doctor.
